Northern Voice Calls Out Igbo Politicians Over Nnamdi Kanu’s Continued Detention

In what has now sparked heated conversations, a northern man has openly called out Igbo politicians and cultural leaders, accusing them of abandoning their people.

According to him, the so utheast political elite and the Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo have failed woefully in their responsibilities. He argued that if they were truly standing firm for their people, there would be no reason why Mazi Nnamdi Kanu should still be languishing in DSS custody.

Speaking during a peaceful protest demanding Kanu’s release, the man didn’t mince words. He said:

“How can Igbo leaders fold their arms while one of their strongest voices is still being held? If they really cared, they would have fought harder, and Nnamdi Kanu would have been free by now.”

He further urged Igbos a wake-up call — one that’s hitting directly where it hurts.
