FG Condemns “Sign-Out” Culture in Schools ????????
The Federal Government, through the National Orientation Agency (NOA), has strongly denounced the growing trend of indecent behavior during student "sign-out" celebrations in both secondary and tertiary institutions.
The NOA, led by Director-General Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, described practices such as writing on private parts and public exposure as immoral and contrary to national values.
Parents, school authorities, and stakeholders have been urged to curb these behaviors and guide students toward more dignified and culturally respectful celebrations.
