CBSE to Showcase Student Voices in Educational Podcasts
In a bid to make learning more engaging and relatable, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has unveiled plans to feature students in its upcoming educational podcasts.
Students from Classes IX to XII will be nominated by their schools to contribute short audio or video recordings, offering their perspectives on different subjects, personal learning experiences, and classroom challenges. According to CBSE, the initiative will not only make educational content more student-friendly but also strengthen learners’ communication, digital, and presentation skills.
Education experts say this program is a fresh approach to bridging the gap between teaching material and real student experiences. By giving students a voice, CBSE hopes to inspire peer-to-peer learning and empower young people to actively participate in the education process.
Podcasts have grown increasingly popular as an educational medium, offering flexibility and accessibility for both students and teachers. With this move, CBSE is positioning itself at the forefront of digital innovation in Indian education.
